Job title : Senior Business Analyst / AVP

Exp : 12-18

Location : Hyd / Mumbai WFO only

Key Responsibilities :

Lead business requirement gathering and mapping activities.
Analyze and document business processes and system interactions.
Ensure seamless integration and implementation of banking payment systems like NEFT, RTGS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software development aligned with business goals.
Work in a high-paced, 24x365 mission-critical banking environment.
Conduct quality assurance and validate deliverables against requirements.
Create project documentation including BRD, FSD, use cases, process flows, and technical specifications.

Required experience :

BE. / B.Tech / M.C.A / M.Sc (Computer Science)

Minimum of 12+ Years experience.

Skills and experiences required :

Relevant experience of 10+ years in Business requirement mapping, quality analysis and software development lifecycle. - Mandatory

Experience in working in a fast paced, high expectation 24x365 environment.

Experience in banking domain with specific work experience in Payment Systems - Mandatory.

Candidate should have hands on work experience in NEFT, RTGS and trade messages like LC and BG's and other messaging stanadard MT 15022, ISO20022.

Knowledge on banking domain is mandatory.

Candidate should have experience on software applications like IBM MQ, Oracle DB, Basic Java, Apache Tomcat, Windows, any one of the UNIX environments (AIX / RHEL),

Basics of Network concepts and Basics of PKI framework.

Experience MS Project, Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio skills

Mandatory

Work Experience in NEFT / RTGS systems - Mandatory

Knowledge on API and Microservices, various communication protocol, middleware technologies - Mandatory
