Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership and Execution :
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Client Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level clientsManage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfactionConduct regular client meetings and provide comprehensive project updatesTeam Management :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate or constructionPMP certification preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and MS Office suiteDemonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in financial management and budgetingKnowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulationsThis role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of successful project delivery, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
