As a Sales Team Leader, you'll guide and inspire our sales team to reach new heights.You'll also actively contribute to revenue generation by demonstrating top-notch sales skills.Your goal is to ensure we have the best talent on the team and train those who need help.Responsibilities :
Inspire and Lead : Host energetic weekly sales meetings to align your team with goals, share strategies, and celebrate wins.Drive Results : Set and achieve personal and team revenue targetsSales Coaching : Conduct one-on-one syncs with team members, provide constructive feedback, and improve their performance using proven coaching techniques.Call Mastery : Monitor sales calls for quality and provide actionable advice to close more deals.Team Development : Offer product and skill training to ensure everyone on your team is equipped to succeed.Track Success : Keep tabs on performance metrics, track commissions, and drive accountability across the team.Problem Solver : Handle objections, troubleshoot challenges, and empower agents to win even in tough sales situations.Qualifications :
