Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented performance marketing specialist to oversee our brand presence on Swiggy and Zomato.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our online store, including product listings, pricing updates, ad campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives.
This role requires close coordination with our store teams, platform marketing teams, and internal management to drive sales, enhance visibility, and ensure operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Product Listing & Management
- Coordinate with our store teams across Bengaluru to ensure all products are accurately listed on Swiggy and Zomato
- Regularly update existing listings with price changes, promotions, images, and descriptions
- Add new product listings promptly to reflect new menu offerings
- Ensure product information is accurate, appealing, and optimized for maximum customer engagement
2. Marketing & Sales Strategy
Collaborate with Swiggy and Zomato marketing teams to develop and execute sales-driving campaignsMonitor, optimize, and strategize digital advertising campaigns on Swiggy and Zomato to maximize ROIPlan promotions, discounts, and special offers in coordination with internal teams to boost salesAnalyze competitors’ listings and campaigns to identify opportunities for growth3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and maintain weekly sales reports for all online channels, including insights on performance metrics and trendsForecast future sales and identify opportunities to grow online revenueMonitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve service and offerings4. Operational Coordination
Coordinate with store managers to resolve queries related to online operations, inventory, and fulfillmentEnsure smooth execution of orders and resolve operational bottlenecks promptlyLiaise with Swiggy and Zomato teams to troubleshoot any listing, payment, or operational issuesKey Requirements :
Should have run ads on both Swiggy and Zomato, and be familiar with their dashboardsGood command over copy and creativeComfortable using AI tools to plan paid campaigns at scale, monitor, and iterate live campaignsCan work as an individual contributor initially and later build and lead a teamStrong knowledge of analytics tools and be comfortable preparing dashboards for stakeholders3+ years of full-time work experience as a performance marketerExperience in the food and beverage industry and / or Agency experience is preferred but not mandatoryQualifications :
Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldCore Competencies :
