We’re on a mission to make plant-powered wellness mainstream in India 🌿. To accelerate our journey, we’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across digital and offline channels. This is a full-stack growth role — perfect for someone who loves mixing creativity, analytics, and hustle.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Ads
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, YouTube, Zepto, Blinkit and Affiliate channels .
- Manage budgets, set KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV), and scale profitable campaigns.
- Continuously experiment with ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
Conversion & Retention
Own the customer journey from awareness → conversion → repeat purchase .Run A / B tests on website, D2C store, and checkout flows to improve CVR.Drive email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns for retention and upselling.Analytics & Growth Loops
Set up and monitor dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel, Shopify, Amazon reports).Analyze data to identify growth levers, drop-offs, and new opportunities.Build feedback loops between paid, organic, and product teams.Organic Growth & Content Marketing
Drive SEO & content marketing to build long-term organic traffic.Collaborate with social / content teams for performance-driven storytelling.Optimize influencer campaigns and partnerships for measurable ROI.Strategy & Experiments
Own the growth roadmap — from user acquisition channels to retention strategies.Constantly test new platforms, creative formats, and community-led growth ideas.Work closely with Founder, Product, and Brand teams to align growth with vision.What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in growth / performance marketing , ideally in D2C, FMCG, or consumer brands.Strong command over ads, analytics, SEO, retention, and CRO (conversion rate optimization) .Data-driven mindset + creative instinct : knows how to scale what works and kill what doesn’t.Hands-on with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, CleverTap, Mixpanel (or equivalents).Startup DNA : agile, experimental, hungry for results.
