To lead and drive sales growth in the assigned region by DNE with fully motivated team

Regional sales target achievement (% vs. plan).

Productivity improvement related to people / retail / PDs

Team training, motivation and employee retention

Distributor satisfaction index and Customer retention

Numeric & weighted distribution (% outlet coverage).

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good knowledge of dairy / FMCG sales distribution system

Analytical and strategic thinking ability

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

Must be worked on RSM / State Head / Regional Manager level position for min 3 yrs
