Senior Test Lead - Performance Testing

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and execute performance test plans including load, stress, endurance and scalability testing.
• Utilize modern performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload or K6 to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with development QA and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI / CD pipelines.
• Monitor system metrics CPU memory I / O network during test execution and analyze performance bottlenecks.
• Provide detailed performance reports dashboards and recommendations for system optimization.
• Work closely with architects and developers to ensure applications meet required scalability and reliability
