Job description

THIS IS A LONG-TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADERS.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress / Playwright for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and release quality standards.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility through automation suites.
Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines and maintain pipeline stability.
Implement test reporting, dashboards, and quality analytics.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve automation failures efficiently.
Promote best practices in QA automation and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and / or Playwright .

Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript .

Experience in API testing , including mocking frameworks like Postman or similar tools.

Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.

Exposure to performance testing and visual regression testing .

Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

Preferred / Secondary Skills

Experience with Jenkins , Shell scripting , Java , and AWS .

Knowledge of integrating automation within modern DevOps ecosystems.

Primary Skills : Cypress / Playwright, JavaScript / Typescript, Postman

Secondary Skills : Jenkins, Java, Shell Scripting, AWS
