Supplier Manager - IT & Services Procurement

What you ll do at Ather :

• Design and execute Supplier Relationship Management initiative in line with the organization s objectives and priorities
• Handle procurement commodities - SaaS and On-prem Software Products Licenses ; Cloud Procurement (GCP, AWS, Azure) ; Engineering Outsourcing Managed Services; Data Telecom services; IT services; IT Hardware, Networking equipment
• Stratify suppliers based on strategic importance; design customized supplier engagement programs
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with suppliers and work with suppliers and internal teams to design plans for action from the review
• Identify risks early and proactively mitigate them
• Lead and conduct the annual supplier event, including working on the content and messaging for the supply base
• Monitor performance of the suppliers and raise alerts on any technology, supply chain, quality gaps, and work with suppliers and Ather teams to design improvement plans
• Work closely with the supply base and the internal cross-functional teams of Sourcing, Fulfilment, and Quality to successfully execute the supplier engagement plans
• Communicate to suppliers on happenings and events at Ather
