Drive sales targets for assigned projects and ensure revenue achievement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market share.
Identify new business opportunities, channel partners, and prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, institutional buyers, and corporate clients.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions to client issues.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Provide regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business updates to management.
Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies based on market insights.
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer journey.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities for lead generation.
