We are hiring an IT Support Engineer (L1 / L2) with expertise in Cloud Technologies for a product-based company in Baner, Pune . The ideal candidate should have experience in SQL Support, Application Support, and Cloud-based environments while demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 / L2 technical support for cloud-based applications and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot SQL-related issues , queries, and performance concerns.
- Monitor and manage cloud services , ensuring high availability and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Handle incident management, request fulfillment, and problem resolution .
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for end-users.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in cloud environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 5 years of experience in IT Support, L1 / L2 Support, or Application Support .Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) .Strong understanding of SQL databases and troubleshooting .Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills .Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in working with ticketing systems and ITSM tools .Skills Required
