Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 / L2 technical support for cloud-based applications and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot SQL-related issues , queries, and performance concerns.
• Monitor and manage cloud services , ensuring high availability and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Handle incident management, request fulfillment, and problem resolution .
• Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for end-users.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in cloud environments.
