Job description

We are seeking a seasoned hands-on engineer to be a key contributor in building our next-generation, highly secure, and compliant Cloud Platform.

This is a build-and-develop role focused on creating a self-service platform for DevOps teams using modern platform engineering principles.

Role : Senior Cloud Engineer

Location : Pune

Experience : 12+ years

Mandatory : Public Cloud (AWS / Azure) experience of Min 8+ Years

What We Are Looking For (Must-Have) :

  • Overall IT experience of 12-15 years.
  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS / Azure.
  • Extensive knowledge of Public Cloud architecture and Landing Zone design.
  • 8+ years of hands-on coding experience with IaC : Terraform and Ansible.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud resource / API development.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing with Kubernetes (EKS / AKS).
  • Mandatory : 2+ years of practical experience with the Crossplane framework.
  • 8+ years of proficiency with DevOps tools : Jenkins, GitHub, Groovy.

Our Tech Stack : Cloud : AWS, Azure

Containers : Kubernetes (EKS / AKS)

Languages : Python, Golang, Bash

IaC & Platform : Crossplane, Terraform

Tools : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Sonar, Dynatrace

You Will Be Responsible For :

  • Developing and engineering a future-proof Cloud Platform aligned with global security standards.
  • Writing code for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and building platform APIs using Crossplane.
  • Building a platform with integrated DevSecOps and FinOps practices.
  • Automating and improving development and release processes
