• You will be part of the India Legal Team, within the Commercial Legal vertical, leading the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts supporting Fidelity Internationals internal business units (Technology, HR, CPS, Marketing, Finance, and others) and sourcing functions across global offices.
• As part of Fidelitys General Counsel function, you will also work closely with business, legal, tax, compliance, and commercial counterparts based in Asia Pacific, the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Canada, and other jurisdictions.
• This includes cross-border support involving commercial contracts, business legal documentation, Company Secretariat matters, and other legal support.
• The teams focus is on providing agile, pragmatic, and business-aligned legal support while minimizing reliance on external counsel and ensuring minimum legal and regulatory exposure to the Your Role
• This is a fast-paced role within the Commercial Legal team, requiring high-quality legal analysis, risk assessment, and cross-border engagement.
• You will need a strong sense of commercial understanding, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to operate confidently under time-sensitive conditions.
• A sense of humour will be an added bonus.
