Job descriptionIn-depth research on industry trends, target audience, and competition to implement AI-based strategies, improving the quality of content & making it interactive for the target audience. Interactive Solutions like Game-Based Learning & Gamification, Simulation / Scenario-Based Learning. Blended learning Solutions like ILT & VILT-based training content. Work with the cross-functional team to identify target audiences and develop tailored content strategies. Brainstorm new content ideas and interactive modes to improve content engagement. Review and revise content submitted by them & other team members. Ensure accuracy, clarity, conciseness, and consistency in style and tone. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Content creation tools such as Canva, in video, etc. Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills. Knowledge of AI-based content tools and best practices for content writing. Ability to write in a variety of styles and tones. Ability to meet deadlines and meet the pace of requirements. Strong research skills and attention to detail.

CTC : up to 7 LPA
Role :
- To transform training content : Existing & New across various platforms.
- Align content with business objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- To create memorable learning experiences that engage and motivate learners. Whether it’s through gamification, adaptive learning, or interactive scenarios.
- Write and develop content for a variety of platforms, Products & processes in the form of PPTs, Videos, Audio audiovisual capsules.
