Our eLearning projects are built using tools like Articulate Storyline , Rise , and Adobe Captivate , and we host our content on modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) .

About the Role

This is an entry-level, full-time, remote position with a 3-month probation period .

You'll work closely with experienced instructional designers and trainers to design digital learning experiences that are clear, compliant, and engaging.

It's a great opportunity to learn the ropes of the VET (Vocational Education and Training) sector while developing strong technical and creative skills.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in developing eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate
  • Support the upload, testing, and maintenance of courses in LMS platforms
  • Design basic layouts, interactions, and assessments using templates and style guides
  • Work collaboratively with trainers, SMEs, and graphic designers
  • Participate in reviews and apply feedback to continuously improve your work

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone with a genuine interest in instructional design and eLearning
  • Basic understanding of Articulate or Adobe Captivate (or willingness to learn quickly!)
  • Awareness of LMS systems and online learning environments
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean, professional design
  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • Most importantly — a willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in your role
