Digital Marketing Manager (Performance)

Role : Performance Marketer (E-Commerce Division)

Location : Indore / Pune

Experience : 2–4 Years (E-commerce or D2C brands preferred)

About the Role :

We’re looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to drive growth for our E-Commerce division. You’ll manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta , create acquisition strategies, and optimize for ROI to fuel brand growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google & Meta.
• Develop customer acquisition & retention strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Manage performance budgets to achieve CPA and ROAS goals.
• Analyze data, track KPIs, and report actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance customer experience and conversion journeys.
• Innovate and identify new growth opportunities across digital channels.
