Job description

Key Deliverables

Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for multiple web / mobile products
Develop and run automation test scripts aligned to agile sprints
Collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria and improve test coverage
Support customer escalations with analysis and testing resolutions

Role Responsibilities

Own test plans, test cases, and test execution

Work closely with Customer Success and Development teams

Monitor release readiness and present quality metrics

Manage and mentor QA team members
