Marketing Analyst
to help us elevate our brand, support business development efforts, and build a modern digital presence.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Maitsys’ marketing strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, hybrid role based in Madurai, where you’ll be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, creating compelling content, and helping drive lead generation through digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics :
Track and report KPIs on campaigns, social media, and website performance
Use data to guide decision-making and improve ROI on marketing efforts
Content Development :
Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for client-facing materials, sales enablement, and leadership presentations
Design and edit marketing videos to promote services, success stories, and recruitment branding
Draft and manage social media content calendars across LinkedIn and other channels
Brand Execution :
Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms
Support development of case studies, brochures, and internal communications
Market Research :
Research competitors, industry trends, and client segments to refine outreach strategy
Collaboration :
Work with sales, recruiting, and leadership teams to align marketing goals with business priorities
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–10 years of marketing experience, ideally within an IT consulting or IT services firm
Proven experience in :
Social media content creation and management
Slide deck development using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva
Video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing tools)
Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms
Strong communication, time management, and project coordination skills
Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and design
Nice to Have
Experience working at global IT service providers like TCS, Accenture, Infosys, or Cognizant
Familiarity with B2B SaaS, ERP, or SAP marketing language and strategies
Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)
