Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the design, development, and optimization of a proposed software project. This role requires ownership of the full business analysis lifecycle, from initial discovery through implementation and user adoption. The Business Analyst will ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions are effectively delivered, and business outcomes are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicitation & Discovery :  Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand vendor management and procurement needs.
• Documentation :  Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and data dictionaries with clear acceptance criteria.
• Analysis & Design :  Define “as-is” processes, identify gaps, and model optimised “to-be” workflows in alignment with business goals.
• Validation & Sign-off :  Confirm requirements with stakeholders, manage approvals, and ensure alignment across business and IT teams.
• Development Support :  Work closely with various teams to translate requirements into system features, workflows, and integrations.
• QA Support :  Support QA team by creating UAT scenarios, validating functionality against requirements, and coordinating defect resolution.
• Implementation & Adoption :  Facilitate user training, create guides and SOPs, and ensure smooth rollout of the vendor management tool.
• Post-Implementation Review :  Collect user feedback, measure performance against KPIs, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Familiar with organising / collating data in formats that will support workflows, building inventory and joins for insights.
• Collaborate with other departments / teams and IT stakeholders to align the tool with operational and compliance needs.
• Support migration, integration, UAT, etc
