Job description10+ years of people and team management experience. Prior experience leading a team of 25+ people. Strong background in financial services, fintech or related operational roles. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-growth environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on problem-solving mindset. Must be based full-time in Coimbatore with occasional travel to other locations. Experience working with or managing distributed / global teams. Comfort navigating the fast pace and ambiguity of startup environments.
We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Data & Integration Operations team. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, execution and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and serve as the primary point of contact for the Data & Integration Operations team.
- Lead and mentor our cross-functional team across data analytics, support and operations.
- Drive hiring, onboarding and ongoing development of local talent.
- B build a strong, values-aligned culture rooted in trust, autonomy and excellence.
- Closely collaborate with leadership across product, engineering and finance to ensure strategic alignment.
- Oversee performance and reporting for the local data analytics team, ensuring insights inform business decisions.
- Contribute to site-level planning, operational processes and delivery tracking.
