Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Executive to oversee daily and monthly data uploads into our centralized software. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with data collation, analysis, and interpretation, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, supporting cross-functional teams, and providing actionable insights to aid business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Collation & Upload : Collect, organize, and prepare datasets for timely uploads on the centralized software.

Data Management : Ensure accurate and consistent daily / monthly uploads while maintaining data integrity.

Data Quality Control : Verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data, and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Software Management : Act as the point of contact for the centralized software, ensuring smooth functioning and basic troubleshooting.

Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in data workflows, propose improvements, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams to align on data requirements, resolve issues, and provide training / support on data management practices.
