Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex supply chains, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers while minimizing costs and waste.

Responsibilities

• Oversee materials requirement planning (MRP) aligned with production forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste and holding costs.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to manage ingredient lead times and formulation changes, ensuring seamless execution of production plans.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, optimizing transportation routes and freight costs while ensuring product integrity.
• Manage third-party logistics providers and warehouse operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain execution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build accurate demand forecasts, monitor sales trends, and adjust production schedules accordingly.
• Align supply chain activities with promotional calendars and seasonal demand spikes to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
• Track KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, supplier lead time) and report performance to stakeholders.
• Lead cost-reduction and efficiency projects to drive business growth and improve supply chain resilience.
• Leverage ERP systems and digital tools for real-time visibility and decision-making.
