Supply Chain Lead - Control Tower

We’re looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Lead to manage and optimize 3PL operations across warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. This role sits within our Control Tower and ensures smooth, cost-effective logistics by overseeing daily operations, resolving issues in real-time, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily 3PL operations : warehousing, pick-pack-ship, returns

Monitor SLAs and drive performance improvements

Resolve operational issues swiftly and escalate critical matters

Analyze data and generate KPI reports

Collaborate across CS, finance, demand planning & marketing

Support tech integration & maintain data integrity

Drive process optimization and ensure accurate documentation

Qualifications

4-5 years’ experience preferably in a control tower operations, analytics or environment.

Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint is mandatory

Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
