Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Expert with strong expertise in SAP and end-to-end supply chain management. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by optimizing procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management processes. This role requires a combination of technical SAP proficiency, analytical skills, and strategic supply chain leadership to support business transformation and deliver measurable cost, service, and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead supply chain strategy, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across global operations.

Manage demand planning, forecasting, and production scheduling to ensure alignment with business goals.

Oversee procurement, vendor management, and ethical sourcing to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

Optimize inbound and outbound logistics, including 3PL / transportation management and trade compliance.

Direct warehouse and inventory management activities, focusing on space utilization and cost containment.

Leverage SAP ECC (Procure-to-Pay, MRP, Inventory Analytics) and WMS tools to streamline processes and improve visibility.

Build and maintain BI dashboards, forecasting models, and KPI tracking frameworks to monitor performance.

Drive digital enablement through CRM, workflow automation, and mobile applications.

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and commercial teams to enable scalable growth.

Required Qualifications :

15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, including global exposure.

Proven expertise in SAP ECC (Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, MRP) and WMS platforms.

Strong knowledge of supply chain analytics, forecasting, and KPI performance management.

Demonstrated success in lean process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
