Human Resource Manager
About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and support all HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have a strong understanding of both strategic and day-to-day HR operations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
Lead performance management efforts and employee development plans
Lead benefit administration and open enrollment
Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS, personnel files, etc.)
Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
Oversee training and development of employees.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
7-10 years of HR management experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary : 75,000-85,000 per month or 9LPA-10.2 LPA
