Appian Developer - Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Application Development & Design : Develop sophisticated Appian applications, ensuring solutions meet business needs, are scalable, and align with best practices.
• Team Collaboration & Oversight : Support the Tech Lead in overseeing the work of junior and mid-level developers through regular peer reviews, coaching, and feedback.
• Support & Optimization : Identify and implement improvements to existing applications for enhanced performance and maintainability.
• Process Analysis & Improvement : Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to identify process automation opportunities.
• Quality Assurance : Oversee rigorous testing processes, ensuring robust application functionality and performance.
• Documentation : Produce and review technical documentation including workflows, configurations, and deployment & Qualifications :
