About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in leveraging the Appian platform to design, develop, and deliver scalable, complex business process management (BPM) and low-code applications. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end project implementations, driving technical quality, and providing mentorship to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Application Design & Development : Design and develop scalable, secure applications using the Appian platform, focusing on robust process models, user interfaces (interfaces), reports, and records.
• Project Leadership : Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex Appian projects, from initial design blueprinting through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Mentorship & Quality Assurance : Mentor and guide junior developers on Appian best practices, design standards, and efficient development techniques. Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality and strict adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Client Collaboration : Work directly with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into effective, low-code technical solutions and functional designs.
• Integration : Implement and manage robust integrations between Appian applications and external systems, utilizing APIs, web services (SOAP / REST), and integration objects.
• Optimization : Proactively optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability within the Appian environment.
• Documentation & Compliance : Prepare and maintain essential technical documentation and comprehensive deployment guides. Ensure applications maintain compliance with security and performance standards throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork : Work closely with product managers, QA specialists, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
