Appian Tech Lead (L2 Certified)

Location - Chennai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Nagpur

Years of Experience - 8+

Availability to Join - Immediate

Role - Fulltime

Role Overview :

The Appian Lead Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of applications built on the Appian low-code platform. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices in Appian development.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Development :

Lead the architecture and implementation of Appian-based applications.

Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Appian BPM, SAIL, and plugins.

Integrate Appian applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

Team Leadership :

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Appian developers.

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Process & Quality :

Ensure best practices in Appian development and deployment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

8+ years of experience in development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.

Strong expertise in :

Appian BPM

SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer)

Appian plugins

Appian integration (REST, SOAP APIs)

Experience in Agile development environments.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Appian certification is a strong plus.

Domain experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
