Lead the design of Global Incentive Programs. The role involves creating new cash-based and stock-based incentive structures, managing existing programs, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and global governance standards
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and roll out new global incentive plans for leadership roles (cash and stock-based).
- Oversee end-to-end management of existing incentive programs.
- Conduct benchmarking and modeling to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive automation and process improvements for seamless program governance
Skills & Competencies :
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Sound understanding of short-term and long-term incentive frameworks.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to compensation tools / systemsPreferred Profile :
