Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – International Business
Development (LATAM & EUROPE) to lead our global marketing efforts across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities :
To identify new sales leads through various channels includes emails, social media and trade
portals
Conduct market mapping to generate country-specific plans
Cold call as appropriate within identified markets or geographic areas to ensure a robust
pipeline of opportunities
Conversion of identified leads to generate business
Handle key customers account and generate repeat orders from them
Coordinate with cross functional teams (production, logistics, regulatory, finance and others) to
execute the fulfilment of orders on time
Ensure all shipments are in compliance with all laws and regulations
Achieve export sales targets
Preferred Industry : Healthcare ( Manufacturer, seller & exporter of medical disposables and hospital products )
Experience Required : Minimum 8-12 years of experience in handling Exports / Business Development in Medical Device
Essential Attributes :
Proven track record of driving business growth and brand awareness through marketing
strategies
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a global / multinational company, with knowledge of cultural and market
