Key Responsibilities :
- Engage and strategise with senior-level executives and CXOs (primarily HR leaders) at prospective companies to demonstrate how KNR adds value to their business.
- Develop and hunt for new business for the Executive Search, Talent Mapping and Talent Advisory.
- Create a strong pipeline industry-wise, and focus on meetings with prospects from India, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa and Europe.
- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with company's Senior Executives like VP HR's, Director HR's, CHRO's, MD, CEO's.
- Manage large global key accounts and take profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
- Proactively provide smart client research and industry-specific information.
- Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.
- Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls.
- Maintaining the database of clients and the agreements sent.
- Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure the timely delivery
- Create bespoke presentations, client proposals, and negotiate further to close the deals.
Qualifications & Skills :
6 to 10 years in international business development, preferably in executive search, recruitment, or employee benefits, training, learning - professional services .Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven environment.Established network of senior-level decision-makers at leading global organizations.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex, long-cycle deals.Highly self-motivated with a growth mindset.Why Join Us :
