This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant / Associate Professor - AI & ML, located in Karjat. The role involves teaching, guiding and mentoring B. Key Responsibilities :

Teaching & Mentoring :

Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for B. Tech courses.

Develop course materials, curriculum, and assessments.

Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, including supervision of undergraduate projects.

Use innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance student learning.

Research & Development :

Lead and contribute to research projects and publications in relevant technical fields.

Secure research grants and engage in funded research activities.

Collaborate with colleagues and industry experts for research initiatives and development.

Present research findings at conferences and seminars.

Curriculum & Program Development :

Participate in curriculum design and review, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging technologies.

Initiate and participate in academic programs, workshops, and seminars.

Administrative & Leadership Roles :

Serve on departmental committees and take part in academic administration tasks.

Contribute to accreditation processes and quality assurance in education delivery.

Engage in faculty development programs and professional growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications :

Ph.D.

in [relevant field of engineering / technology / computer science].

Minimum of

5 -

8 years

of experience in teaching / research at the university level.

Expertise in

Artificial Intelligence

Machine Learning

Experience with Data Science, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks

Strong background in Programming Languages such as Python, R, and MATLAB

Prior academic or industry experience in a related domain

Proven track record of

publications in high-impact journals

and / or

research contributions .
