Role Overview

These are

full-time, on-site positions

involving active engagement in

teaching ,

research ,

academic administration , and

infrastructure / resource development . Faculty members are expected to contribute meaningfully to the institution’s academic excellence and the advancement of aviation education.

Key Responsibilities

Faculty :

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and hands-on lab / practical training.

Guide student projects and academic development.

Develop and participate in funded research and academic publications.

Assist in curriculum enhancement and lab development.

Support institutional initiatives and events.

Librarian :

Manage physical and digital library resources.

Assist students and faculty in research access.

Maintain cataloguing, database, and acquisition systems.

Plan procurement of academic resources (books, journals, e-resources).

Eligibility & Desired Skills

Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability in the relevant field.

PhD

preferred (mandatory for core engineering disciplines).

For AME Faculty :

Valid B1.1 (Mechanical)

or

B2 (Avionics)

license, or extensive

DGCA module

expertise.

Prior experience in

CAR 147 Basic / Type Training

organisations is highly desirable.

Instructors

must hold a relevant degree / diploma with hands-on experience.

A librarian

must have a degree in

Library Science

or equivalent, with digital proficiency.

Strong

communication ,

interpersonal , and

organizational

skills.

A proven

publication record

and

industry exposure

will be a strong advantage.
