In This Role, You Will :
About the Role
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Team Lead to drive full-funnel inbound demand generation programs for Cvent’s Hospitality Cloud. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with deep hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be responsible for planning and launching high-impact programs that generate pipeline, accelerate conversion, and support sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
- Design and execute inbound marketing campaigns (and occasionally outbound) tailored to HC product-level priorities and market needs.
- Own campaign strategy from planning to launch, ensuring alignment with funnel goals and sales objectives.
Program Expertise
Lead end-to-end execution of events, including webinars, trade shows, hosted in-person events, and demos.Manage all aspects of event promotion, logistics, internal / external partner coordination, and post-event follow-up.Develop and optimize nurture programs and drip email campaigns to engage prospects across the funnel.Collaborate with the web team and PMMs to create high-value Marketo landing pages tailored to different products, designed to drive lead generation and conversion.Track and report on marketing-attributed pipeline and bookings generated from each program.Content Collaboration
Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Product teams to develop high-quality assets : landing pages, emails, ad creatives, and promotional materials.Ensure all content aligns with Hospitality Cloud’s brand voice and messaging .Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partnerships
Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and strategy with quarterly and annual KPIs.Build and maintain relationships with regional partners, influencers, and vendors to amplify demand generation efforts.Collaborate with regional marketers (e.g., APAC, Europe) to drive adoption of programs and provide coaching on content, planning, and execution.Funnel Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor funnel dashboards to ensure pacing across Warm MQLs, Handraisers, SQLs , and conversion targets.Flag issues to Sales and Sales Development teams — including low MQL address rates, high rejection rates, or volume gaps.Proactively recommend marketing plan adjustments to stay aligned with KPI goals.Here's What You Need :

5–7 years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation , preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.Proven track record in campaign planning and execution , event management , and pipeline contribution .Strong understanding of Salesforce , marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), and funnel metrics.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.What You’ll Bring
