Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive / Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both Contract and Permanent hiring, with a strong focus on SAP and niche technology hiring.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (Contract & FTE).
• Work extensively on SAP hiring across multiple modules
• Manage the entire hiring cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
• Manage multiple niche and super-niche skill requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of positions.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
