Myntra FWD is Myntra’s dedicated business unit focused on building and scaling India's next-generation fashion and lifestyle brands. Operating with the agility of a startup but backed by the resources and reach of Myntra, FWD's mission is to be the definitive platform for youth fashion. FWD encompasses a portfolio of private label and D2C brands, driving rapid growth through innovative design, sourcing, efficient supply chain, and sophisticated marketing strategies. This role is central to shaping the long-term vision and operationalizing the accelerated growth trajectory for the entire FWD ecosystem, both on and off the Myntra platform.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior counsel and account leader for senior level clients
- Ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals are attained at each client engagement
- Develop long and short-term plans and goals for the organization

Establishing an agile model of growth that can exploit new opportunities without significant forward investmentEstablishing and Delivering FWD AOP both on and off MyntraDriving rigor into execution of monthly / quarterly and annual revenue goalsPlanning of events / targeted opportunities for FWD on platform; coordinating with category and revenue teams to operationalize on platformEstablishing FWD brands as brands rather than just labelsHelping the marketing team drive end to end planning for the same, look at marketing and demand generation as a business leverBuilding new demand levers and opportunities both on and off app, working closely with revenue team to drive Brand Health Metrics and Growth on Myntra platformDriving GTM for new launches and new season for FWD brands working with all cross functional teams both within and outside of FWDBuilding agile and efficient business modelsLong-term FWD Growth : Build core capabilities across customer, marketing, tech, etc. to ensure long-term FWD growthBuilding brand-wise and tier-wise customer acquisition & MAC targets and tracking initiatives to drive customer-led growthWorking closely with marketing team to define FWD needs / priorities for brand and performance marketing campaignsWork with product to drive growth and efficiency levers across elements of personalization, demand generation, efficiency levers like pricing, supply chain management, returns etc.Identifying potential partnership / acquisition opportunities with D2C brands (via MBA program), by coordinating with category and business teamsDriving the FWD strategy by being the single point of contact between FWD teams, product, CDM, revenue and categoryEstablish the right mix of new, old, core, fashion inventory and hold teams accountable for the sameDriving FWD centric supply chain efficienciesBudget allocation and performance management for FWD portfolioEBITDA cost managementPreferred Skills
