Virtual Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy professional to work closely with the Marketing Head.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage client / student communication, scheduling, and task management while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Organize calendars, book client / student calls, and ensure reminders are sent on time.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), assist students with access issues, and provide basic technical support.
• Publish content across social media platforms.
• Maintain and organize Google Drive, Google Docs, and spreadsheets for reporting and record-keeping.
• Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
