Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
The successful candidate will provide technical support for Oracle HCM and ERP clouds, associated external applications, and additional systems. This includes implementing, configuring, maintaining data integrity, system security, enhancements, process improvements, and projects to provide best-in-class internal service.
In collaboration with Application Support Specialists, the Technical Support Specialist will maintain production configurations and oversee adherence to configuration maintenance procedures.
They will also provide oversight of Oracle processes in the transaction console and scheduled processes, develop processing and data reports to meet business requirements, and conduct data imports and exports to fulfill authorized business needs.
Additionally, the Technical Support Specialist will create and manage Oracle service requests for high-level system issues, collaborate with IT Enterprise teams to perform research and provide technical analysis and recommendations, and participate in user group meetings.
