We are looking for a passionate Senior Technical Sales Specialist to join our team and help us bring the latest technologies to life for our clients.

Who We’re Looking For

Educational Background

B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Ph. D. in Biology or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Sales or Application Support

Exceptional freshers with strong molecular biology skills may also be considered for a junior role.

Experience & Skills

Experience (3+ years) in selling or supporting molecular biology products

Solid understanding of PCR, qPCR, DNA Sequencing, and related workflows in Transplantation, Oncology, Reproductive genetics, New Born Screening and Microbiology.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Customer-centric approach backed by problem-solving ability

Team-oriented with willingness to travel across Southern India

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by generating leads, closing opportunities, and achieving regional targets

Build long-term customer relationships while promoting new products and cross-selling

Deliver on-site and online application support, including training and demos

Optimize customer experience by identifying gaps and improving support processes
