At Inder Enterprises, we design and manufacture Large-Format Aerospace Tooling, Satellite MGSE, and Precision Fixtures for organizations like ISRO, DRDO, HAL, Skyroot, Pixxel, Dhruva Space and more.
As we expand our advanced aerospace manufacturing facility under the UP Defense Corridor, we’re looking for someone who knows the industry inside-out — not just the machines, but the people and programs that move India’s Space missions forward.
Position : Technical Sales / Business Development Manager
Location : Ghaziabad / Bangalore / Hyderabad (Flexible)
Experience : 5 – 15 years in Space / Satellite / Aerospace
Compensation : Salary + ESOPs
What You’ll Do
Build and grow relationships across ISRO, NSIL, DRDO, HAL, and private space startups
Track and win RFPs, tenders, and development projects in MGSE, tooling, and precision structures
Translate customer needs into technical proposals and turnkey solutions with our engineering team
Represent Inder Enterprises at industry events, vendor meets, and site visits
Drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and indigenization impact
Who You Are
Engineer at heart (Mechanical / Aerospace); MBA a plus
5–15 yrs of technical sales or program experience in the space / aerospace ecosystem
Well-connected with key contacts in ISRO centers, HAL divisions, or private satellite companies
Fluent in engineering drawings, materials, and manufacturing processes
Passionate about “Make in India” for Space and Satellite Hardware
