Senior Process Engineer

experience pertaining to O&G / Chemical / Petrochemical / Refinery sectors.

Preparation / review of simulation (Aspen / Hysys / PROII), H&MB, PFD, UFD, P&IDs, Process equipment and Instrument datasheets, carrying out vendor technical bid evaluations, and other process engineering activities for PDP, FEED, DEP projects. Preparation of process and utility package data sheet, reviewing of vendor documents, participating in PHA, HAZOP, SIL and various design & safety studies. Complete calculations and data sheet for Tanks, Spheres, Vessels / Separators, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Compressors etc. Process Deliverables for Conceptual, FEED and EPCM projects - Brownfield and greenfield.

Preparation of Design Basis, Process description and various Process Philosophies Simulation and Hydraulic Calculations.

Experience of software such as Aspen Plus, Hysys, PROII, Unisim, KORF, HTRI, FlareNet, AFT Fathom / Arrow / Impulse, PSPPM, PipeNet etc is required.
