Key Responsibilities :

- Act as an escalation point for junior team members, guiding them through challenging customer interactions and process complexities.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational procedures in all customer interactions.
- Contribute to training and mentoring new team members on best practices in customer handling.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and effective communication.
About You :
You have 1-3 years of experience in customer handling .You are a Graduate from any discipline.You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.You are adept at problem-solving and can navigate complex customer scenarios effectively.You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
