Senior IT Engineer - Oracle HCM Modules

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Core HR functionalities .
• Develop and optimize Fast Formula for payroll, absence management, and benefits modules.
• Drive adoption of Oracle HCM Redwood UI features and VBCS extensions for enhanced user experience.
• Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and ensure integration with third-party applications.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and solution designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices within the HCM team.
