We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules according to best practices and client requirements.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and end-users.
- Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions.
- Provide input into project planning and status reporting.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and patches.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.4–7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.Strong knowledge of at least three HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Talent, Compensation).Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.Ability to design and execute functional test scripts and cases.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.Knowledge of Oracle Reporting Tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
