About the Role : We have an exciting opportunity for Home Loan Sales head in our New Projects (residential) vertical. We are seeking a leader with proven track record of excellence and developing sales and marketing function in a high growth environment.
Responsibilities :
Driving and managing loan solutions within the New Projects segment
Team Management profile heading the Internal Homeloan vertical
Lead a team of Cluster heads and intern Key Account Managers
Reporting to the vertical head of the division
Formulate and execute strategies to enable Business Development
Onboard new customers for setting up Internal home loan closing business
Lead generation through working closely with all the stakeholders within the business and ensuring streamlined process of login to disbursement
Strategic intervention in process improvement
This is a strategic role that requires leadership capabilities and an in-depth understanding of the loan process.
Required Skills :
Strong sales background in an individual capacity.
Good Knowledge on Home Loans
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills RCA skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
MBA or Masters
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Prior team management experience.
Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills.
B2C sales experience is preferred.
