Job Responsibilities :
Incumbent will be responsible for entire Payroll Management of InterGlobe group units under payroll head, which include timely payroll processing through outsourced partner, disbursements and to ensure timely payroll compliances. Candidate should be analytical and methodical, with experience in payroll administration and deep knowledge of payroll regulations & income tax compliances.
Key Responsibility
- Run / manage end-to-end payroll process including flexi reimbursement through outsourced vendor.
- Collection of various payroll inputs from respective stakeholders and scrutiny of it
- Calculations of full & final settlements
- Coordinate with HR Team, employees, and payroll partners
- Income Tax Compliances on Salaries (TDS payment, Quarterly return, and Form 16 management)
- Ensure timely compliance of PF, ESIC, PT & LWF
- Ensure compliance with all payroll relevant laws and internal policies
- Liaise with finance for various payroll related jobs.
- Liaise with auditors and manage payroll audits
- Maintain accurate records of flexi and prepare reports
- Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
- Various monthly / periodical MIS in area of payroll
- To assist reporting manager on various need-based jobs like PDP, PLI calculation and appraisal letters etc.
- Updation of payroll compliances on governance portal.
- Knowledge of compensation structures & various CTC components
- Through Knowledge of HRMS tools.
