Job Description
Lead offshore Master Data team
- Coach & develop team to ensure expected SLA performance
- Standardize and automate processes with the help of NoCC team to reach maximum efficiency.
- Ensure correct / timely proceeding of supportive financial and non-financial operations
- Ensure accurate and on-time set-up, modification, and maintenance of master data in system(s)
- Manage training, routine, people development and other compliance activities
- Manage and build relationships between the GCC, business unit and stakeholders
Master Data Management activities execution (check and control)
Ensure Master Data team is managed within agreed timescales and with agreed quality levelQuality check of the master data set-up to ensure infractions are corrected prior to impact to the business operations or customer relationshipEnsuring end-to-end process of managing master data is proceeded in an efficient waySupport project initiatives, including active participationGeneral management activities
MICS / Risk Management / Audit compliance target management, including creation of sustainability model and action plans for open issues (MICS, GRM and EP Audit with 100% Quality)Back-up planning (100% for the team)Maintenance of Training Tracking Tool and elaboration of action plans to minimize knowledge gapsSLA / KPI’s achievement and monthly update, quality monitoring of team performance and take the actions to close the gapsEnsure maintenance / update of the process training documentation (L5) as per EP standardsReview and recommendation of any enhancements for improving the current workflow in order to increase efficiency within the processPerform routine management (cascade, stand-up and one-to-one etc.) in accordance with Excellence ProgramCommunication flow to and from team (positive interaction with external parties, BU & ZCC employees)Best practice sharing within the overall businessAssist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and eventsPerform other duties as requested by the Functional LeadPeople management activities
