About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work on Private Equity and M&A transactions with a focus on deal origination and execution. Key responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comps, precedent deals), due diligence, and preparation of investment memoranda / pitchbooks. The role also covers transaction structuring, synergy analysis, negotiation support, and exit planning (secondary sales, strategic buyouts, IPO readiness).

The candidate will actively engage with corporates, financial sponsors, and institutional investors, supporting senior bankers in managing relationships and identifying new investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Origination & Sourcing

• Identify and evaluate potential investment and acquisition opportunities through industry research, databases, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with promoters, corporates, funds, bankers, and advisors to generate deal flow.
• Track private equity transactions, strategic acquisitions, and fund-raising opportunities across sectors.
