Role Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries and provide seamless support for Rentkar’s wide range of products. You’ll be the first point of contact for our gamers, creators, musicians, and tech enthusiasts—making sure their rental experience is smooth, reliable, and delightful.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product knowledge, rental process, delivery timelines, and troubleshooting .
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-ups.
- Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Share customer feedback with the product / ops teams to improve service quality.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in customer service (tech, e-commerce, or rental industry preferred).Strong communication skills (English & Hindi required, local language a plus).Comfort with basic tech platforms (CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace).Patience, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.Interest in gadgets, gaming, or music is a strong advantage.What We Offer
