BiteSpeed - Technical Lead - Node.js / Express.js

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Architect, design, and implement backend systems with MongoDB, Mongoose, PostgreSQL, and Express.js.
• Drive development and optimization of microservices-based architectures.
• Implement and manage multithreaded applications ensuring performance and reliability.
• Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles in system design and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to align technical and business goals.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, testing, and DevOps pipelines.
• Handle sprint planning, technical documentation, and task Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4- 10 years of software development experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with :

1. MongoDB, Mongoose, PostgreSQL

2. Express.js & Node.js

3. Microservices architecture

4. Multithreading

5. OOPs principles
